A leading Agri-tech company in Sri Lanka is seeking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

To Host in-house recruitment events
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Ability to assist, create awareness and implement all compliance standards in cooperation with the other departments.
Handle monthly payroll, statutory payments, EPF/ETF, Recruitment and onboarding processes, etc.
Residing in close proximity to Colombo.
