Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting the sales target of the organization
  • Selling product and services to customers
  • Performing cost- benefit analysis of potential and existing customers
  • Map potential customers and generate leads and opportunities for the organization
  • Set KPIs for the sales team
  • Analyze territory and market potential, track sales and status report
  • Supply management and with reports on customer needs, problems and interest
  • Expedite resolutions for customer problems and maintain client centricity

Candidate Profile

  • 10- 15 years’ experience in sales and management role in building materials
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading teams
  • Good contact base with people in the construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil
  • Excellent coordination ability and decision-making skills
