Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the sales target of the organization
- Selling product and services to customers
- Performing cost- benefit analysis of potential and existing customers
- Map potential customers and generate leads and opportunities for the organization
- Set KPIs for the sales team
- Analyze territory and market potential, track sales and status report
- Supply management and with reports on customer needs, problems and interest
- Expedite resolutions for customer problems and maintain client centricity
Candidate Profile
- 10- 15 years’ experience in sales and management role in building materials
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading teams
- Good contact base with people in the construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil
- Excellent coordination ability and decision-making skills
