An offshore recruiting agency is on the lookout for an “Operations Executive”

Job Description:

• Customer Service – Requires very good written and verbal English
• Data Entry
• Some basic knowledge of SEO – Mainly able to obtain rich information for products
• Able to speak on the phone with UK customers and UK warehouse to help solve problems
• Comfortable in using all basic software’s like Word, Excel, etc.
• Understanding of using basic formulae in excel and filters
• Ability to learn new software’s with basic training
• Able to do basic problem solving
• Are able to multi-task and work in high pressure environments
• There is scope in this role to grow within the company into management
