Key Requirements

  • To recruit, onboard, train, and enhance competencies of workforce
  • Plan, schedule and implement training programs and prepare budgets
  • Maintain detailed database of the trained workforce
  • Liaise with suppliers for technical assistance for training programs and certification with regular updates
  • Implement training KPI’s for different trades

Candidate profile

  • 10 -15 years in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of mentoring, training and leading workers and professionals
  • Good contact base of workforce in different trades
  • Ability to form and lead teams in execution
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil
  • Sense of owner ship, good time management skills and excellent leadership and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge in advanced Excel.
