Key Requirements
- To recruit, onboard, train, and enhance competencies of workforce
- Plan, schedule and implement training programs and prepare budgets
- Maintain detailed database of the trained workforce
- Liaise with suppliers for technical assistance for training programs and certification with regular updates
- Implement training KPI’s for different trades
Candidate profile
- 10 -15 years in the construction industry
- Proven track record of mentoring, training and leading workers and professionals
- Good contact base of workforce in different trades
- Ability to form and lead teams in execution
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil
- Sense of owner ship, good time management skills and excellent leadership and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge in advanced Excel.
