Job Role

• Handling merchant calls and provide first line resolution, escalate and liaise with vendors and internal back office and revert to merchant with resolutions, assisting the Branch network and internal customers merchant acquiring related inquiries.
  
  
• Merchants visits for new business development, signing up and routine courtesy visits.
  
  
• To handle merchant set up work (data entry) and coordinating with vendors for terminal deployment etc.
