A leading group of companies is on the lookout for a “Manager – HR”

Responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate the HR team to ensure an effective and efficient HR service is provided
  • Ensure 100% compliance & good governance from all HR & Administration function
  • Ensure strategies are implemented to improve employee and employer relationship
  • Ensure all administrative processes are efficiently and effectively maintained
  • Implement & executive effective strategies to attract and recruit talent
  • Implement and execute organisational goal setting strategies
  • Accountable for payroll of overall employee salary
  • To ensure Health & Safety of all employees and stakeholders of the business.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives for all levels of the organization
  • Ensure inclusion of all levels for management decision making
  • Implement strategies for sustainable business

Requirements

  •  A Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills & result oriented personality with strong communication skills.
  • Language proficiency in English & Sinhala.
  • Intermediate/advance knowledge in labour Law and statutory standards
