Job Description:
• Conduct pawning transactions, including acceptance, valuation, and release of pledged items.
• Accurately input transaction details into the system to maintain reliable records.
• Ensure secure documentation and safekeeping of pawned items according to internal guidelines.
• Manage new facilities, renewals, redemptions, and part payments efficiently.
• Deliver professional and courteous service while addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain records and generate reports for audit and monitoring purposes.
• Adhere to compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Drive promotion of pawning products within the bank to achieve the branch's pawning budget.
Requirements:
• Age should be below 35 Years.
• Passed G.C.E (O/L) with credit passes for Mathematics & English.
• 2+ years of experience in pawning services and gold assessment.
• Banking or financial services experience as an added advantage.
• Customer service excellence and interpersonal communication.
• High integrity and professionalism in financial transactions.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
