A Social enterprise in Sri Lanka is on the lookout for a Senior Program Manager.

Requirements:

A passionate individual with an advocacy for socio- emotional learning among children with a background in psychology or education.
Ability to implement projects & result oriented.
Excellent communication, networking & relationship development skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in the area of development of children.
Energetic & committed to lead a small but growing entrepreneurship organization.
Interest & competency to research, read, discuss & learn.
Confidence to provide the board and stakeholders with information & ideas.
Passionate in & awareness of issues facing disadvantaged youth.
Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil
Working days – Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
Work from home & travel for meetings, training as required.
