A reputed telecommunication provider is on the look out for an Officer – Regional Sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
a. Preparing the monthly vehicle running chart and share with the relevant individual together with the necessary approval.
b. Confirming & sharing monthly courier payments - Office Supply Management
a. Maintenance of merchandising items and distribution - Sales data support
a. Assisting field sales staff: verification of NIC’s / connection issues using PMS, CRM - Regional Complaint Handling
a. Attends retailer commission issues
b. Attend to customer complaints received via sails staff & retailers. - Retail Hub Onboarding
a. Retailer application checking- system data vs E-mail data
b. Profile modification / IVR table creation
c. Activation sends to GSD / Reload access creation via DVO
d. Post activation queries handling
Requirements:
- G.C.E. Advanced Levels
- Should have either certificate/ diploma in sales or marketing
- Should possess good interpersonal skills
- Should have knowledge in MS Office- Excel
- Good communications skills is a must (written and spoken)
