A reputed telecommunication provider is on the look out for an Officer – Regional Sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
    a. Preparing the monthly vehicle running chart and share with the relevant individual together with the necessary approval.
    b. Confirming & sharing monthly courier payments
  • Office Supply Management
    a. Maintenance of merchandising items and distribution
  • Sales data support
    a. Assisting field sales staff: verification of NIC’s / connection issues using PMS, CRM
  • Regional Complaint Handling
    a. Attends retailer commission issues
    b. Attend to customer complaints received via sails staff & retailers.
  • Retail Hub Onboarding
    a. Retailer application checking- system data vs E-mail data
    b. Profile modification / IVR table creation
    c. Activation sends to GSD / Reload access creation via DVO
    d. Post activation queries handling

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. Advanced Levels
  • Should have either certificate/ diploma in sales or marketing
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills
  • Should have knowledge in MS Office- Excel
  • Good communications skills is a must (written and spoken)
