A reputed telecommunication provider is on the look out for an Officer – Collections Reconciliation/ Payment Verification.
Responsibilities:
- LESI play transaction reconciliation- verification of transactions via reconciliation between source system and CRM and billing.
- Identification of transaction failure at any level and updating them timely manner.
- Identification of duplicate payments or other transactions with system issue payments, coordinating with the banks and other payment channels to reserve or update the payment.
- Handling and provide back- end support for resolving customer complaints/ requests.
- Reconciliation of customer payments with banks to ensure cash realization.
- Preparing costs and revenue reports and providing it to GF for record in monthly financial accounts.
- LESI credit transaction reconciliation- verification of transactions via reconciliation between source systems and CRM and billing.
- Identification of transactions failed at any levels and updating them in a timely manner.
- Identification of duplicate payments or other transactions with system issue payments, coordinating with the banks and other payment channels to reserve or update the payment.
- Handling and providing back-end support for resolving customer complaints/ requests.

Requirements:
- Full or partly qualified in professional body of finance or business management.
- Possess a diploma or degree in IT/ Technology/ Business/ Accounting would be an added advantage.
- 1 year experience in similar capacity.
- Basic knowledge on finance and accounting.
- Knowledge on telecommunication systems and banking systems.
- Should be a good team player.
