HR and Admin Executive

An experience solutions provider is on the lookout for an HR and Admin Executive.


  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and employee handbook
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance companies and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. Leave etc)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Manage petty cash and general office Admin tasks


  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator role with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Experience in IT sector is an added advantage
