HR and Admin Executive

An experience solutions provider is on the lookout for an HR and Admin Executive.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and employee handbook
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance companies and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. Leave etc)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects
- Manage petty cash and general office Admin tasks
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator role with minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
- Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience in IT sector is an added advantage
