A well reputed media company in Sri Lanka has an open vacancy for the position of Head of Digital
- Ensure paid media/ performance marketing revenue & profit targets are achieved.
- Managing good relationships with all key clients and grow the billing while achieving the set KPI’s.
- Maintain high standards in presenting & communicating with clients.
- Ensure all paid media/ performance marketing budgets are utilized & best optimized overlooking the paid media team.
- Making sure the campaigns are launched flawlessly within the deadlines given by the client and adhering to internal process timelines to achieve maximum results/KPI’s.
- Keep up to date with digital advertising knowledge/updates & trends.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the subordinates to ensure the whole team performance is at a maximum.
- Comprehensive reporting on all campaigns and clients.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team targets achieved by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Grow agency brand value by securing awards, recognitions & participating in industry events.
- Ensure all internal approvals, checks are completed prior to releasing final work to clients or publishers.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in the relevant field in a similar capacity.
