Newly incorporated entity specialized in online services is on the look- out for an Executive – Customer Success.
Customer Service Delivery
- Take inbound calls and make out outbound calls at established work time level. Handle a minimum of 100 calls per week
- Taking the appropriate problem-solving steps. Identify, solve, confirm client inquiries and requests received by mail, email, online or in-person
- Follow-up with client to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction
- Dealing with second level enquiries or referring them to the appropriate person within the office who can deal with them
- Process certain changes during client interactions (Backend portal check for online service providers)
- Ensure client privacy is always protected
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all service providers.
- Assist the management when required or as assigned by the Manager
- Ensure monthly billing payments are made on a timely manner and conduct regular follow ups.
- Process all assigned transactions within the acceptable SLAs parameters
- Provide regular sales reporting to the reporting manager using the correct report templates
- Monitor and Manage requests to dashboard
- Service Partner management, Execution of in-app notifications, WhatsApp and SMS campaign and call back, Sending Daily sales report.
- GCE O/L or A/L with at least one year of sales and marketing experience.
- Familiarly in working on social media platforms will be added advantage
- Willingness to travel
