A well reputed education institute in Sri Lanka is looking for a co-ordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Should have exposure on handling inbound and outbound calls, calling campaigns, etc.
• Have experience in handling walk-in customers
• Ability to work under pressure and to work as a team
• Should be skilled on working with MS office packages
• Should be able to commit for a one-year contract after the initial training
