We are on the lookout for an “Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition” to join our internal team at BConnected.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via head hunting, networking, conducting career guidance programs in Colombo and Outstations and through our social media platforms.
- Market quality candidates to prospective clients
- Actively market job postings in close collaboration with social media specialist
- Conducting interviews online and physically
- Corresponding with clients – communicating via visits to clients, email and WhatsApp/ LinkedIn
- Prepare Job Description
- Conduct random salary surveys for specific positions via networking
- Processing time sheets of identified outsourced employees and provide salary calculations for payroll
- Checking HR emails and liaising on time sheets to leave and reimbursements.
- Maintaining specific data bases on Google Drive.
- Provide HR skills upgrade training-professional CV preparation; how to face an interview; business English
- Collaborating with other services of BConnected- Event Management and Corporate Services on need basis.
