Accounts Executive

An experience solutions provider is on the lookout for an Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts and generate relevant reports.
  • Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management
  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Experience in IT sector is an added advantage
  • Familiar with XERO Software will be an added advantage
