Gallery:  Chairperson’s Forum on MICE – ‘Meet In Sri Lanka’

BConnected was honoured to be Event Partner at the first of a series of events organized by the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB) in collaboration with Sri Lanka Association of Professional Conference, Exhibition & Event Organisation (SLAPCEO). It was held on Tuesday 9th March 2021 and hosted by BMICH.

The Chairperson’s Forum on MICE – ‘Meet in Sri Lanka’, was a milestone event at a time Sri Lanka is positioning itself in the global arena promoting Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE).

The focus of the Forum was geared towards inspiring and creating awareness amongst Heads of Foreign Diplomatic Missions and Foreign Airlines based in Colombo, as well as Heads of Sri Lanka’s High Commissions overseas, who participated virtually, in promoting Sri Lanka as an experiential destination for MICE.

Stimulating video presentations of existing and proposed infrastructure developments with facilities and capacity to hold Global Conferences, Meetings and Business Events captivated the audience. Vibrant interactive panel discussion was centred towards Taking Sri Lanka to next level of MICE – Meet in Sri Lanka. This shot in the arm in post Covid-19 era has generated high positivity in the MICE industry.
