Admin Assistant / Call Manager

A UK based medical health company is on the lookout for an “Admin Assistant/ Call Manager” to handle

  • Telephone and mail inquiries
  • Booking, cancelling and rescheduling appointments
  • Following up on clients with missed appointments
  • Meeting client requests
  • Assist with email marketing
  • Assist with DNA and occupancy rate audit
  • Assist Directors and Nurse Manager with HR
  • Some minimal financial tasks ( invoices, refunds etc)
  • Supporting the operations manager and standing in when she is absent

Skills and experience

  • Customer service experience and talent
  • Excellent communication skills and manner
  • Motivated, ambitious and adaptable ( to a changing and growing administrative role)
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
  • A can do, positive attitude.
