 Organising an event is a hassle for most clients who have their own day to day workload and usually do not have special staff for organising special events that come by occasionally. Therefore organising an event becomes an extra responsibility with extra work. B-Connected has thus specialised for such event management with a staff that includes expertise for very careful planning from beginning to end and gives very special attention to the tiniest of details. In organising and management of events – meetings of professionals, conferences and seminars of any magnitude, special events like fund raising for charity – B-Connected takes over the total event from designing and planning to implementation of the event, including media briefs and publicity. Every little detail most others could miss out on, is looked into with thorough planning.
The whole process starts with the compilation of a very detailed “check list” on which the client is briefed. B-Connected thereafter arranges all organisational meetings with the client, draws up the agenda for those meetings and keeps minutes of all meetings. Every decision is implemented and all work is scheduled to a time plan.
For all events, secretarial work is undertaken with hotel reservations, travel, cultural programmes, printing of invitations, brochures and hand outs, photo shoots, souvenirs, all communications during the whole period till the event actually concludes with special packages where possible to the best advantage of the client.
The conclusion of any event is followed by providing the client with a total record of the event including photographs in hard and soft copies.
