Since 1997, BConnected has delivered Event Management, Human Resource Management, and Corporate Services to leading organisations in Sri Lanka and beyond. With a strong focus on passion and commitment, we offer tailored solutions, from managing international conferences and sourcing top talent to providing specialised services like translations, rapporteuring and corporate support. We have also embarked on a programme to expand employment opportunities for Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) by bridging the gap between skilled PWDs and the corporate world.
Event Management
We manage end-to-end event services for local, regional, and international events—be it business-focused corporate conferences, awe-inspiring awards nights, product launches, social gatherings, or elegant cocktail parties. Every detail is handled, from AV and interpretation to livestreaming, décor, and entertainment, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
Human Resource Management
We handle end-to-end recruitment for both full-time and part-time roles, including headhunting, outsourcing, and temporary staffing. Our focus is on connecting top talent with the right organizations while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through our work with Persons with Disabilities, we support inclusive hiring by conducting sensitisation programmes for corporate teams and helping candidates with disabilities secure meaningful, dignified employment.
